Flordeliza is a first-generation Filipino Canadian. She is the co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of the MKTV kids’ streamer and is responsible for all original productions and acquisitions at the streaming service.
Flordeliza manages the production teams at MKTV which include key creatives in Canada and technical teams around the world. She has also held roles as writer and director. Her work covers all genres of children's production from 2D and 3D animation, to live action, as well as songs and interactive games.
Flordeliza will be making her feature film directorial debut in November 2025 with the 3D animated time travel adventure – Time Hoppers: The Silk Road. The film has secured a theatrical release in the MENA region through Italia Film. It will also be distributed across Africa through Gravel Road International. US theatrical release will be through Fathom Entertainment. It is anticipated that the movie will be shown in over 1,250 locations globally. Post theatrical rights are held by LA-based Vision Films.
She has been recognized for her work at the prestigious Banff Media Festival in 2020 as one of the SPARK "Women in Media" Entrepreneurs. In 2023 she was listed on the Muslim500, an annual publication of the world’s most influential Muslims for her leadership in children's media. Flordeliza’s productions have been financed by Canada Media Fund, Alberta Media Fund, Shaw Rocket Fund, Telus Fund, Bell Fund and through private investors.
