Nataline Rodrigues is the founder of Grit & Grace Entertainment, a boutique production company dedicated to creating inspiring and insightful stories across genres. She is a strategic, results driven, entertainment executive with a proven track record in production and programming. With a solid foundation in independent production and seasoned experience as a broadcast executive, Nataline is known for her commitment to creative excellence and delivering compelling cross platform content in all genres for global audiences. In additon to launching her new company Nataline fosters strategic collaborations and currently serves as EVP of Content at Brain Power Studios, where she oversees development and production strategy. Previously, at Vortex Media, she produced films and indie features for the global market. A passionate mentor, she most recently was teaching screenwriting at Toronto Film School and advises on LUV TV, a new social network for the romance creator community.
For nearly a decade she was the Director of Original Content at Rogers Media, where she spearheaded the development, production, and acquisition of original Canadian programming for Citytv, OMNI, FX, Viceland, and OLN. There she successfully launched shows like Hudson & Rex, Bad Blood, Nirvana the Band the Show, Abroad, Second Jen and formats like Canada's Got Talent The Bachelor and Storage Wars.
Committed to diversity and inclusion, she co-chaired Rogers’ DEI Content Council, launched the LevelUP mentorship with Reelworld, and advances inclusion by providing mentorship and support to various organisations like WIFT-T, SPYA Norther, Producers NSI, Access
Canada, Pacific Screenwriting Program etc.
