Allia Janzen is an award-winning producer based in Saskatchewan, and the daughter of a South Asian mother and Canadian father. Growing up between her family farm in Saskatchewan and her grandparents’ home in New Delhi, she developed a unique perspective shaped by two cultures.

Her career began as an actor before she moved into talent representation and eventually crew work, where she discovered her passion for production. Despite not attending film school, she built her career through hard work and experience, and is credited on productions for CTV, CBC, APTN, Citytv, National Geographic, and Disney+. Known for her work ethic and ability to bring creative vision to fruition, Allia is respected for building inclusive, collaborative spaces that allow others to thrive.

Her credits include the award-winning children’s series Stories of the North, now in its fourth season on Citytv, as well as several new projects in active development. Recently announced as the co-Producer for TeleMiracle, a 22-hour broadcast that in 2026 will mark its 50th anniversary, she will help guide Saskatchewan’s largest-scale live television event. More than entertainment, the telethon offers a rare training ground for skilled crew to grow and showcase their craft.

Allia also serves on the ScreenSask board, where she chaired the Community Engagement Committee in 2024–25 and now chairs the Governance Committee. She is recognized for her integrity, leadership, and commitment to strengthening Saskatchewan’s creative community.
