Patricia Chica is an award-winning Canadian producer and filmmaker with over 60 hours of content to her name. She is the founder and president of Flirt Films and ChicArt Productions.

She is a member of the Canadian Media Producers Association (CMPA), the Directors Guild of Canada, the Academy of Canadian Film and Television, Women In Film and Film Fatales. She is an alumna (Cum Laude) of the Film Production Department of Concordia University.

Chica's latest independent feature film, MONTRÉAL GIRLS, winner of multiple awards was funded by Telefilm Canada and Sodec, released theatrically in 2023 through Level 33 Entertainment. She was an executive producer and/or produced 4 indie features: FILTERED (USA), SOMNIUM (USA), HER CHOICES (USA), and ALGIERS (Algeria, Tunisia, France and Canada).
