Rua Wani is the Co-Founder / Co-President of Adani Pictures, a TV and digital production company based in Toronto. Prior to forming Adani Pictures with Jessica Adams, she was a development and production exec at Temple Street (Boat Rocker Studios), where she worked on some of Canada’s most acclaimed scripted TV shows, including Orphan Black (BBC America, Space) , Killjoys (Syfy, Space), and Cavendish and X Company (CBC). She has developed innumerable scripts and pitches with some of Canada’s foremost TV writers, and identified books and other intellectual property for TV and digital series adaptation.
